Refund and Cancellation Policy

ChanduSEOTool.com provides digital SEO, YouTube, content, image, PDF, and utility tools through free and paid subscription plans. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and renewals work for paid subscriptions.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from your account profile, through the payment gateway where available, or by contacting us at support@chanduseotool.com.
After cancellation, your paid access will normally remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further renewal charge will be made after successful cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same plan and billing period.
- Your payment was successful but paid access was not activated.
- A technical billing error occurred from our side.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the subscription was activated.
- You partially used the subscription period.
- You forgot to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing date.
- Your account was suspended due to misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Bank charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, or card issuer fees charged by third parties.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Please email us with your account email, payment ID, plan name, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method through the payment gateway. The refund may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on Razorpay, your bank, card issuer, or payment method.
Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails or remains pending, paid access may not be activated. If money is debited but payment is not confirmed, the payment gateway or bank may reverse the amount according to their standard timelines.
